| FAQ'S When do the kits ship? All kits will be shipped within 3-5 business days and sometimes sooner! When are new kits posted? New kits are posted anytime during the month. If you would like to be added to our mailing list, please email marion@apieceofcraft.com How can I insure that I will get a limited edition kit each month? To insure that you will get the limited edition kit each month you will need to pre-pay for the kits, to do so please email marion@apieceofcraft.com What is a grab bag kit? A grab bag kit is a mystery kit filled all sorts of goodies including a chipboard album, embellishments, ribbon, tags, and more. What if my kit comes damaged in the mail? Unfortunately we are not responsible for kits once they leave our door. We will not refund nor replace lost or damaged kits. We do offer shipping insurance with all of our kits, and we ask that you take it into deep consideration. Insurance is $2.25 US and shipping on all kits is usually free!! We ship all the kits in a bubble mailer. Do you ship priority? Yes, upon special request and at an additional charge we will ship priority or express, otherwise all purchases will be shipped first class USPS. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping rates are $12.95 per item and will be sent priority mail when applicable. |
